Ameritas Life Insurance Corp is seeking an Sales Operations Account Manager to drive the business by supporting the Sales Department by providing efficient, high quality service to General Agent clients and prospects that will support growing the business and increasing retention. This is accomplished through onboarding of private label and shelf General Agents and Third Party Administrators. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. They will have the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize projects with strong analytical/assessment skills. Project Management and planning skills a must with strong development and influencing skills They will be a results oriented, positive attitude and innovative thinker and come with experience dealing with multiple audiences in the insurance industry space (General Agents, Agents, administrators, providers, carriers, vendors, etc.). Responsibilities Include: Establishes and implements timelines/action plans for onboarding new GAs. Leads the cross-functional team made up of affected internal departments as well key personnel from the GA and TPA where applicable. Identifies and resolves escalated issues effecting Sales Distribution. Develops communication plans to strengthen our partnership with the Field and Partners. Ensures effective customers relations with sales force through communications, problem solving and servicing philosophy. Contributes to the implementation of the GA Sales Ops initiatives and projects. Assists in identifying gaps between current system capabilities and Field Sales business needs. Connects with the Field in order to understand Field expectations in the group insurance industry to assist in the development of the vision and strategies of the group sales department Our associates are our most valuable asset.
