LSS Behavioral Health Services is currently recruiting for a Regional Programs Director (LICSW). This leadership position is responsible for the development, oversight, expansion and quality/effectiveness of our Twin-Cities/Mankato region programs with multiple direct behavioral health client services including: out-patient, family-based, school-based, veteran/military and therapeutic foster care. LSS is a committed leader in developing and providing evidence-based, quality services across Minnesota. The Regional Programs Director-LICSW drives the results and successful outcomes that inspire thought leadership, excellent service and growth. He or she provides clinical supervision, training, development and evaluation of assigned program staff. He or she also develops collaborative working relationships with employees and stakeholders, leading business development initiatives, negotiating and developing partnerships with outside organizations and companies, and coordinating responses to RFPs to ensure the needs of the communities are being met. The incumbent will develop and manage, in conjunction with the Sr. Director and operational and financial leadership, the region's budget, staffing and resource needs, contribute to overall strategic activities and operational performance, and take the appropriate actions to lead on-going evaluation and process improvements as needed.
