Closely collaborates with the lead recruiters and applicable HR professionals (including HR Operations and Talent Management) to further develop and improve the Talent Acquisition Process & Technology Strategy.
Champions diversity and inclusion for Talent Acquisition and oversees the recruitment compliance efforts related to OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action, and other related regulations.
In close collaboration with the recruiting leads and Talent Management team, creates a diverse portfolio of sourcing capabilities – to include, as warranted, Baker Tilly’s career site, Talent Insiders (Talent Community), Connect (CRM), LinkedIn, traditional job board posting, targeted advertising, third-party recruiters, contract recruiting, project recruiting, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and manages related vendor relationships.
Manages the firm’s Employee Referral Program (ERP)
Negotiates and manages the contracts for third party sourcing capabilities. Maintains the relationships with the third-party client development and account management professionals and creates a partnership with those parties that produces economically viable and value-add solutions for our recruiting team.
Serves as the employment brand ambassador and champion – constantly assesses external brand strength and works with the appropriate parties (including marketing and communications) to build, enhance, and leverage brand in the market (experience and campus).
Owns the design, production, and dissemination of all recruitment and brand collateral – whether printed or electronic.
Work closely with the campus recruiting managers and the appropriate Talent Management Leaders to build the annual campus budgets and to strategize on highest-best-use of investment.
Provides project management support for firm wide campus initiatives including the ‘Spend A Day’, ‘Spotlight’ and ‘Student Ambassador’ programs.
Produces and analyzes the appropriate recruitment performance metrics and measures that will allow us to continually improve our approach, measure our success, and hold each other accountable to results; works with our HR Operations and IT teams to ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) is functional and positioned to meet our evolving needs.
Converts data analysis into presentation of findings to advise stakeholders on the effectiveness of past/present strategies and tactics and recommendations on future strategies and tactics.
Oversees our candidate screening methodology to ensure it is utilized consistently (e.g. behavioral interviewing). Works with the firm’s Learning & Development function to deliver coursework accordingly.
Assumes the role of “Servant Leader” for the recruiting team – tirelessly focused on anticipating, understanding, and then quickly responding to those opportunities to make them more successful in identifying and attracting the best talent for our organization.
Leads a team with at least two direct reports (ATS administrator and recruiting assistant) to manage centralized recruiting functions (i.e. interview scheduling, offers, background checks, and onboarding).
BA/BS degree required, MBA desired
7+ years experience in recruiting, consulting, corporate strategy or similar role
In depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems and related technology
Experience with the implementation of recruiting tools in large organizations
Experience with project management, process improvement and proven ability to execute
Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities while driving key deliverables
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (including designing and executing complex analysis) and impeccable business judgment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills and ability to clarify and summarize complex issues to an executive level audience
Comfortable working with large ambiguous data sets to extract insights
Prior experience using iCIMS software desired
