Summary/Objective: This position provides, coordinates and participates in the development of policies, procedures and employees for HHH Airport Operations Control. This position facilitates curriculum development, creates training material and delivers training to AOC personnel. This position oversees and coordinates LMS delivery with the Ground Operations LMS group. This position will act as a department Supervisor in the absence of the Manager or Supervisor. This position may be assigned other duties as needed by The Manager or Director of AOC. Develop/Deliver Sabre initial training Develop/Deliver AIMS training Develop/Deliver load planning training Review and deliver gate plotting theory and practices Deliver delay coding training Update and deliver policies and procedures training Write and deliver delay management practices and procedures Deliver safety and security training Develop curricula for IcelandAir, Condor and other ad-hoc communication Assist with the delivery of CRO training Act as Supervisor in absence of Manager/Supervisor Assist management with department decisions Develop curricula for changing SCA policies and procedures Competencies: Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word) Exceptional organizational and communication skills Proficient use of radios, phones, and computers Ability to work after normal work hours required Supervisory Responsibility: Supervises AOC Department Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers.
