The Role At Korn Ferry Hay Group, we are looking for seasoned Professional Client Managers and those interested in Human Capital to join our organization in offices all across North America. We have North American locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, and New York as well as Vancouver and Toronto. The openings for opportunities and their respective responsibilities are as follows:Senior Client ManagerThe Senior Client Manager is responsible for generating revenue through sales of Korn Ferry products. In addition, the Senior Client Manager will work with other Korn Ferry team members to broaden the conversation and create additional opportunity. Proven track record of developing business relationships with clients, producing revenue growth, and partnering with internal stakeholders will be the keys to being successful in this role. Client ManagerThe Client Manager, reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, will focus on selling high volume contracts (number of products/services / number of countries / number of years) from a portfolio of products and services to regional clients and/or prospects that assist human resource and line managers to effectively support HR best practices in their company. Products and services span areas including: * attracting the right talent, * assessing applicants consistently and effectively, * presenting an appropriate offer to prospective employees, * assessing employee performance and potential, * developing employees to promotion and/or exit, and * ensuring throughout their career equitable and competitive rewards This position is responsible to actively seek out non Korn Ferry Hay Group clients, initiate meetings, build relationships, identify needs and generate sales in a specified territory/region. The typical sale will be complex, in that, it will typically cross multiple countries, business units, organizational functions, and/or buyers requiring the Business Development Representative to have extremely strong product and business knowledge. These types of sales require multiple touches, have a 6 -12 months sales cycle, and large average spend. Successful business developers will have an extreme activity and results orientation.
