JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Effectively manage the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process for the global business over the operational timeline (next 12-18 months). * Lead a team of global demand, wholesale, and inventory planners and collaborate closely with markets, supply teams and many key stakeholders. * Own and communicate the demand plan, the supply request, and global company inventory positions at the unit, revenue, and margin level. * Balance demand and supply and develop the operational plan for the assigned product family for the company. * Lead the teams managing global wholesale inventory in all warehouses and market level wholesale allocation to achieve market level availability goals and enable the markets to achieve wholesale and retail plans. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience. - Well-versed in sales analysis techniques and have managed information system development projects - Ability to clearly present information through the spoken or written word.
