For over 50 years Whole Health Clinical Group, formerly Transitional Living Services, has provided members of our community with a variety of services including supported living environments, supported apartments, and local group homes. At this time, Whole Health Clinical Group seeks a Residential Operations Supervisor. Residential Operations Supervisors help improve the lives of our clients by: * Supervising, mentoring, and leading Behavioral Health Technicians so they can provide outstanding direct care to residents of the group homes. * Ensuring that all compliance, contractual, and regulatory standards are met. * Managing the schedule of direct care staff to ensure all the residents' needs are consistently met. * Working directly with clients to model and support the great care we provide to residents.
