JOB OVERVIEW North American Operations Finance Leader Connector Sub-Business Unit Aerospace Defense and Marine (AD&M) Overview The North American Operations Finance Leader is a critical role in the organization providing financial leadership and support to key internal customers (plant managers, manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, engineering, etc.) in driving continuous improvement in financial controls and operational efficiency. The Operations Finance Leader has financial oversight for five manufacturing facilities: Oceanside, CA.; Tecate, Mexico; Hermosillo, Mexico; Mt. Joy, PA; Rapho Park, PA. The key responsibility of this role is to provide business decision support to the North American Operations team by developing challenging action plans to improve results and enable execution. In addition, the Finance Leader will manage the processes for financial planning and reporting; monthly close; inventory accounting; capital expenditures; strengthening financial controls; fixed asset accounting; manufacturing costs; product costing; and material purchase accounting. The position will be based in either Oceanside, CA or Harrisburg, PA and reports to the Controller for the Connectors Sub-Business Unit. Reporting to the Operations Finance Leader will be the plant controllers in the five manufacturing sites.
