Columbia Sussex Management, an established nationwide Hotel Owner/Operator is currently seeking a hospitality professional to work with the management staff to ensure operational success of the Melville Marriott in Melville, NY.

Qualified candidates should have:

  • 2 or 4 year college degree
  • 3 years of Operations Experience in a Full Service Hotel
  • 2 Years of Supervisory Experience

The ideal candidate will need to be an energetic, self-starter that possesses excellent communication skills as well as a proven track record in providing High Quality and High Touch Customer Service. Experience in generating revenue, controlling cost and ensuring customer satisfaction is a must. Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
