Medford Full Time Overnight Operations
The grand opening of the new Medford store will be in the Fall of 2017.
The Medford store will be open 6am-midnight, 7 days a week. Overnight operation hours vary from 8pm to 9am.
Full-time interviews will begin in April 2017.
Part-time interview will begin in July 2017.

A glimpse at the job: Our Overnight team members are the night owls behind the scenes playing an integral role supporting the store’s daytime operations by making sure shelves, coolers, freezers and displays are stocked and well-merchandised for business. Team members work diligently together, unloading and breaking down deliveries to ensure the department is prepared for the next day.
Overnights Operations generally include the following areas: Dairy; Frozen Foods; Grocery; Nature’s Marketplace (natural and organic products)

Overnight Customer Service Customer Service team members work closely with the team stocking, refilling and rotating items on shelves; unloading deliveries and breaking down skids; maintaining an organized workspace; and ensure product levels are maintained and aisles are kept in pristine shopping condition for our customers. Overnight Team Leader
Overnight Team Leaders assist the Department Manager, and manage the department in his/ her absence, to ensure the department is running smoothly and products are available for customers. Team Leaders are given the opportunity to work closely with employees; leading them by example when completing tasks, delegating responsibilities and empowering their growth and professional development.

Overnight Managers use strong managerial and leadership skills to control everything from department financials and product levels to ensuring each employee is working to meet store needs. You’ll lead your team towards the common goals of supporting the store and ensuring the transition from night operations to day operations is seamless.
Work includes kneeling, frequent heavy lifting, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending and reaching Responsible for moving and lifting 20 – 50 pounds of product on a frequent basis with an occasional need to lift over 50 pounds May be exposed to various allergens Will spend the majority of time on his or her feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4 hours
Full time applicants will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week between the hours of 6pm - 9am and must be available Monday through Saturday throughout the year, including some holidays. Sundays are not required but will be paid at time and one half.
