This senior leadership position is responsible for all aspects of performance related to Specialty clinical operations including cost of care, clinical performance, clinical quality and clinical administrative costs. The position works closely with the Specialty management team in a Matrix environment to ensure achievement of all business objectives, and also will take an active role internally and externally representing NIA capabilitites and performance with customers and during the sales process. Responsibilities include: meeting all cost of care targets, delivery of operationally efficient services, and achievement of customer contractual requirements (including clinical quality service, timeliness, etc.) across the Specialty line of business. The position works directly with NIA management and Magellan management to ensure that systems support our operational goals and we deliver client requirements.Accountable for ensuring our program maximizes cost of care opportunities including operational processes for clinicians, and clinical quality decision making across the product line.Takes full ownership and accountability for all accounts for clinical outcomes including operational delivery, programs requirements, improvement to existing processes and leadership of managerial teams.Develops clinical management teams instilling an engaged employee culture that delivers exceptional outcomes to our customers to support Specialtys goals of business retention and product expansion with existing accounts.Support opportunities for new client sales by participating in sales or client meetings as well as developing a strong clinical story that positions NIA as a leader operationally and clinically in all clinical products and other activities as needed.
