Description

  • Responsible in preparing worksheets for payments (Physical cheques and IM acct cheques)

  • Collating

  • Validating

  • Raising Journals

  • Clearing from GL

  • Should be able to provide detailed analytical support to COTS AU FINCON for financial and management reporting

  • Generates and maintains documentation of existing reports for Invoices process, Cheque Process - (Physical and IM cheque process)

  • Responsible in providing Account listing and Monthly Commission numbers to COTS AU FINCON and Risk Department.

  • Should be able to raise CMP for COTS AU FINCON

  • Responsible in navigating Procure to Pay (P2P) for COTS AU FINCON needs.

  • Responsible in mapping matrix combination that supports GOC / GL / PROD Code use by AU COTS (for FINCON reporting)

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge in financial and management reporting is an advantage

  • Able to drive projects and process improvements

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)

  • Prior experience Account Validation / Preparing Journals is a plus factor

  • Knowledgeable in identifying risks and in implementing controls

  • High degree of accuracy and eye for detail

  • Can work with minimal supervision

  • Tolerance for stress and pressure (can multi-task)

  • Ability to establish effective working relationship amongst staff and foster group cohesiveness and teamwork for AU counterparts

  • Problem solving skills: ability to identify alternative solutions to stated problems as well as anticipate other potential problems

  • Ability to pay attention to detail at the same time look at things from a broader perspective in order to work on business solutions

  • Numerical proficiency: ability to be comfortable on working with numbers, documentation, system tools and derive information from them

  • Can make automated excel templates for FINCON reporting purposes

  • Excellent communication skills
