JOB SUMMARY The E-P-CAP® Operator is responsible for, but not limited to, manufacturing parts and product by loading mandrels for forming of product, loading materials for extrusion process, etc. ol start="2"liJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/li/olAn employee in this position may generally expect to perform any or all of the following duties, which may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.ulliManufactures parts or product by operating production machines and equipment, using hand tools and fixtures, and assembling components as required/liliLubricates mandrels and loads with hose components to prep for oven/liliTransport carts filled with mandrels into oven area/liliTests and visually inspects completed or in-process work, notifies supervisor or other personnel of manufacturing or quality problems, and documents quality conformance and production volumes during shift or run/liliPrepares finished parts or product for shipment or routing to next processing stage, or notifies appropriate personnel that product is ready for packaging or shipment/liliRotates between different work stations or job assignments to achieve adequate throughput/liliMaintains good housekeeping in work area/liliMaintains accurate and complete daily paperwork/liliCompletes quality checks as defined by job instructions/liliRead, comprehend and follow work instructions/li/ul ol start="3"liQUALIFICATIONS/li/olUpon appointment, an employee in this position should possess the qualifications noted.
