Supply Chain Operations Execution Analyst m/f

This role is for the Supply Chain team which owns the Supply Chain Planning and Execution for Middle Europe. The team works closely works with Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers (FC), Transportation, Customer Service, Retail, Finance, Engineering and the software development teams

This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. The role provides the rare and unique opportunity to learn from a team of deeply seasoned veterans and combine these skills with a broad comprehension of our technology systems in the areas of end to end Supply Chain Optimization, Planning and Execution. This role will also involve you to work closely and be able to influence senior leaders in our fulfillment centers and across the Retail business.

A successful candidate with demonstrate

· Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills; Experience in defining project management, collecting requirements, designing processes and software solutions around is good to have

· Preferably prior business knowledge and experience in supply chain or logistics

· Ability to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions

· Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired

· Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

Basic Qualifications

· Completed Bachelor’s, preferably Master's Degree from an accredited university

· Relevant professional experience in planning, forecasting and/or Supply Chain

· Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel – VBA and SQL added benefit

· Organized, self-starter and a quick learner

· Experience of dealing with results, metrics and data management and desire to create and build new processes

· Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects related work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be an independent problem solver that can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills

· Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate

· Excellent written, verbal, listening, communicating, and negotiating skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise is required
