About this job:
The Merchant Operations Specialist position serves as a support function for the merchant organization and the distribution centers in the resolution of issues that occur primarily during the receiving process at the Distribution Centers.
Work with the merchant organization to set, review & revise divisional tolerance guidelines
Work with the Distribution Center Trouble staff to assure adherence to guidelines
Key liaison responsibilities between the merchants & the DC
First level analysis of exception to guidelines
Communicate exceptions effectively / seek issue resolution
Operate as subject matter expert in support of the trouble process
Monitor the accuracy of reporting established to measure project progress and effectiveness
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Familiar with Microsoft office
