Manage and develop the London based Team of Ticket Operation Coordinators
Enable sustained sales and buy channels to support the delivery of tickets as close to event time as possible
Work with a number of key stake holders in the business to prioritise different workloads on a day to day basis.
Assist in running and staffing major events in the UK.
Support the company’s various business partners as needed with ticket operations
Build and test new processes to continuously improve our capabilities as a Team.
Work with customer experience to ensure a seamless process for all transactions where Ticket Operations are involved.
Assist as necessary, in the planning and execution of remote events
Maintain the highest standard of professionalism and properly represent the brand
Work to achieve the primary goals of overall operational excellence, individual job satisfaction and career advancement
