Description
TheManager Global complaint operations (IS) ismanaging the complaint handling team based in Belfeld. The Manager organizes on a daily basis the work of the complaint handling team with the support of Process Coordinators and a CAPA / Project Manager. TheManager Global complaint operations (IS)will participate in international projects to maintain, improve and train the complaint handling processes following the European, US and other applicable regulations. Complaints are received from subsidiaries, the position holder is responsible for coordinating the follow-up with the subsidiaries and distributors and perform process trainings where required. TheManager Global complaint operations (IS)informs immediately the Head of PAE in case of defined deviations, will closely collaborate with and support the Manager PAE in Possbile Adverse Events and Health Hazard Evaluations and works closely together with the PMS counterparts in the production sites where the products are manufactured.

Qualification
* Degree (Master/Bachelor) within e.g. Health Science * Knowledge of Medical Device compliant handling regulations in the EU, the US, Japan and other relevant markets * IT understanding to facilitate the process / tool harmonization * MDR/MDV reporting experience is a plus * Strong analytical skills * Strong coaching skills * High quality awareness * Sense of urgency but also steadiness in handling the daily business. Must be very reliable andtrustworthy. * Fluency in both Dutch and English is mandatory, other languages are welcome. * Sound SAP system understanding is a plus * Able to interact with Operations, Customer Service, Quality Assurance and the Development Department for complaint handling and * Experience in similar environment within an FDA regulated company * Proven experience in managing global stakeholders and teams * Proven experience in building an effective and efficient end-to-end complaint handling process * Strong background in CAPA mgt. * Strong people leadership skills * 10 years experience in working in a regulated industry, e.g. Medical Device industry * 5 years experience in complaint handling / PMS
