The Operations Data Analyst will assist the AVP of Executive Administration and senior branch operations management in the generation and analysis of operations datasets, creating reports, dashboards and preparing presentation materials used to present findings. Other key responsibilities will include operations business process research and review to support Retail Sales Finance, Incentive Management, Credit and Information Technology Business Systems.


  • Works with large amounts of data, reconciling data between multiple data sources and systems

  • Ability to write SQL queries to extract data from relational database to create end-user reports to support business needs

  • Independently executes data analysis; interprets and presents results to both internal and external clients

  • Interfaces with business partners to determine data related requirements, and then designs, executes and analyzes those datasets to form conclusions

  • Locate and define new operations business process improvement opportunities

  • Assists in the creation and distribution of presentation materials for senior branch operations management



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Finance or related analytical field

  • 3+ years’ data analysis experience or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience creating queries used to create end-user reports

  • Intermediate knowledge in relational databases extraction using SQL scripting or similar tool

  • Strong ability to plan, organize and prioritize workloads and work on own initiative

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with colleagues at all business levels

  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint


  • 2+ years’ consumer finance, banking or related industry experience

  • Experience in Retail Sales Finance Lending platform
