As Chief Operating Officer, you will have responsibility for managing all of the day-to-day operations and procedures for iStreamPlanet driving efficiencies and growth. You will work across all functions, including finance, marketing, human resources, engineering, product and sales to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. You'll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. The ideal candidate should have a proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role, excellent people skills, business acumen, exemplary work ethics, and experience in some or all of the following: OTT media services, SaaS, and cloud.

Reporting to the CEO, the COO will lead all internal operations and will have the following responsibilities:

-Lead, manage and direct company operations (technical and business operations, HR, legal, and marketing) to meet budget and other strategic and financial goals.

-Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.

-Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to identify strategies and tactics as well as develop a strategic business plan to successfully achieve company's goals and objectives.

-Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.

-Present the company and its services to internal key stakeholders within Turner/TimeWarner, partners, prospective customers, and the industry at large.

-Oversee risk management and legal activities: client contracts, partnership agreements, leases, and other legal documents.

-Manage and oversee the human resource function, including but not limited to:

oRecruiting, hiring and compensation

oProfessional training and development

oRetention strategies

-Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

Qualifications: -Aptitude in sound decision-making and problem-solving in pressure situations.

-Excellent interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills, both practiced and impromptu.

-Proven experience in delivering operational efficiency against revenue targets.

-Extensive experience in managing and growing a growth company.

-Proven ability to drive growth.

-A self-starter who finds a way to get the job done - persistent, indefatigable - a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

-Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of iStreamPlanet.

-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in business or related field.

-MBA preferred.
