You’ll be working in the internal Recruiting Operations team in Czerwone Maki Street or Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. Our role is to support the managers with their strategic decisions, help with documentation, administration and contact with candidates and employees. We support processes in cooperation with senior managers and all team members.
Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in HR. Your paid internship will last 6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 30-40 hour week.
Your experience and skills:
a student status or university degree
interest in HR area (and you love this stuff)
advanced Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint
very good written and spoken English
a passion for data gathering and information sharing
ability to be a part of confidential and trusted work environment
a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
methodical and accurate, with strong attention to detail
known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
motivated, self-directed and driven
adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
