UBS Financial Services HR Operations Swiss Family Allowances Specialist in Kraków, Poland

Your role:

The scope among others includes:

  • Identification of entitlement to Family Allowance in accordance with Swiss labour law

  • Ensuring proper documentation and completeness of files so employees can receive allowances

  • Contact with Familienausgleichskasse Banken in Zurich

  • Analysis of reports in terms of data accuracy and eligibility for allowances

  • Verification of family circumstances which could affect the entitlement

  • Completion of whole family documentation of Swiss employees and update in relevant systems

Your team:

You'll be working in the Swiss HR Service Delivery team in Kraków providing excellent HR services for UBS employees located in Switzerland. We keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by phone or through our ticketing system.

The role is located in the UBS office in Krakow (Green Office).

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– Very good written and spoken German language skills

– Intermediate English language skills

– Experience in a similar role

– A bachelor's degree

– Advanced Microsoft Office skills

– Well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
