First Hand Foundation Operations Specialist
First Hand is a 501c3 public charity supported by the generosity of Cerner Associates and is dedicated to impacting the health of children, their families and communities through reactive and preventative initiatives. To fulfill that mission, we provide funding for individual children with health-related needs when insurance and other financial resources have been exhausted. We also create and support programs that identify issues before they become critical and that empower people to take charge of their health.
The Operations Specialist owns and manages operational processes within the business and independently provides organizational support and client service within a professional domain area. This role analyzes and resolves business operations issues and needs by implementing business plans, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring that each client receives the appropriate Cerner and First Hand Foundation attention through proper preparation, communication, and execution of events.

- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Strong attention to detail
