A PLUS HEALTH CARE Operations Manager in KALISPELL, Montana

A Plus Health Care, one of Montana's largest home care agencies, has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager in Kalispell, MT. Potential candidate must meet the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below: Responsibilities: Responsible for staff development; branch program managers report directly to this position. Manages relationships with customers responding to requests, anticipating needs, resolving conflicts and recommending additional services when appropriate. Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of all programs and requirements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies Develop and recommend operating budget and ensure the branches operate within budget; be proactive in the achievement of the company goals and objectives. Establish and implement policies and procedures for company operations. Works closely with Human Resources Department to handle all employee related issues. Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plans Qualifications: Five years of Operations Management experience; in healthcare field preferred. Knowledge of home care related programs such as Medicaid, VA, DD, etc. a plus Must have the ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data. Excellent interpersonal skills. High Customer Service and quality attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives. Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Full-time positon with benefits. Position open until filled.
