Our ISO ClaimSearch Operations is looking for a Sr Client Support Operations Associate to work with our existing customers relative to system usage, reporting, and enhancements. Responsibilities * Assist customers with all total loss (NMVTIS) vehicle reporting as well as with VIN Monitoring and VIN Check issues (i.e. billing, reporting issues, amends, data quality, etc.). Review daily job processing, data reporting, dashboard use, to ensure proper submissions. * Assist customers with start-up questions related to the file layouts & connectivity via FTP for the VIN Monitoring and NMVTIS process. * Monitor and respond to customer questions sent to various general mailboxes or via phone. * Provide support on various NMVTIS reporting stats and proactively identify areas of company reporting improvements, system enhancements, process improvements, automation and efficiency opportunities. * Provide project management support to deliver projects within the established budget and timeline adopted by ClaimSearch Operations management. Assist in the development of business requirements and other documentation. Author and disseminate work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports, presentations and leading meetings. * Create comprehensive test cases for validation of new enhancements and system repairs; coordinate test plans with IT resources. Perform the outlined testing while maintaining detailed test results and plans for analysis and evaluation. Correctly utilize JIRA program for documenting project work, testing results, etc. * Responsible for writing various external communications and internal documentations as it pertains to our processes. * Cross-train in the membership processes as well as cross-train others in NMVTIS Qualifications * Bachelor s Degree or equivalent business experience. * Familiarity with auto lines; 2-3 years experience in a P&C claims organization a plus. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. * Excellent reading comprehension and analytical skills. * Experience in a high profile, customer focused function requiring persistence, responsiveness and delivery on client requests for service and support. * Ability to organize effectively, set priorities, manage workload and handle multiple responsibilities in order to meet deadlines. * Motivated, self starting, detail-oriented individual, able to perform duties and complete assignments with minimal sup
