The Project Manager will be responsible for completing data analysis to determine root cause of any assigned issues, presenting their findings and recommendations to CVS/Caremark senior management for procedure and/or system changes and for any corrective actions needed. The Project Manager is then responsible for ensuring that any needed changes are implemented, and that they meet the desired outcomes.
