Job Description

Job Summary:

Collaborates on and delivers training, coaching and communications programs to improve the efficiency of HR Operations within the region and partners with Ministry Market HR Partners to improve manager/associate use of HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes use of HR systems, PeopleSoft, MSC, case tools, and other resources, identifies opportunities for program and service improvements, and makes recommendations to enhance delivery of HR operations.

  • Partners with Ministry Market HR Partners to build and deliver programs to enhance the effective use of HR tools. Supports resolution of escalated cases.

  • Develops, documents and participates in user training on changes and new program delivery.

  • Monitors task assignments to ensure completion on schedule, within intended scope, and at defined level of quality. Identifies project opportunities.

  • Provides subject matter expertise on operational processes, system design and requirements in support of policies, testing and implementation.

  • Coordinates with team members to ensure consistency and optimization of overall HR Operations model.

Qualifications

Education:

  • HS or Equivalent

  • High School diploma required Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of HR experience required. At least 3 years in an HR role supporting senior leaders in a multi-business, integrated, matrix organization preferred.
