Sand Control Screen Machine Operator required for Emmott Road manufacturing plant. Operator needs to be able to independently run the screen machine and meet the customers’ requirements with respect to screen gauge tolerance.
Reads blueprints and sets up equipment in order to manufacture screen jackets.
Manufactures screen jackets to specifications to ensure integrity of product (aka Quality at the Source).
Documents traceability of material on work orders and the company's computer system.
Inspects parts for accuracy and to ensure high standards of quality.
Inputs production time into the company's computer system for utilization tracking.
Handles general daily maintenance on machines to maintain production workflow.
Performs thorough housekeeping of machinery and work area to ensure work efficiency.
3 years of overall screen machine operational experience
3 years Wrap on Pipe Machine and Slip of Screen Jacket manufacturing experience
Screen machine Operating experience with one of the Screen Manufacturing facilities/suppliers.
Ability to work with no supervision and instruction
Meet customers’ requirements with respect to screen gauge tolerance on the screen machines operated.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow basic work instructions.
Ability to read measuring equipment required to complete the part.
Basic computer skills.
Self-motivated individual who maintains a positive attitude and interacts well with others, possesses initiative, and is a good communicator with strong organizational skills.
- 2 nd Shift: Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10 pm and overtime as needed.
