Lead the selection, design, implementation and administration of technology tools needed to enable customer service, sales effectiveness and forecasting. Administer and manage the pricing tool. Create effective and accurate numerical models of activity metrics needed to support the achievement of sales goals and then oversee the achievement of those metrics. Work closely with the Finance and Supply Chain teams to analyze margins and determine proper discount structure. Consult with executive leadership to design / re-design, build, and produce sophisticated and meaningful reports, forecasts, and analysis at regularly scheduled intervals and on an as-needed basis. Lead data driven ad hoc projects as required. Champion the development of the CRM module in IFS Align North American pricing approach to ensure consistently across other sites.
