ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Work with Regional Director to manage resources for appropriate delivery of high-level customer service and results for all institutional and partnership courses in schools, districts and/or organizations within the area. 2. Play key role in sales renewals of school-based contracts with a goal to grow offerings within a school/district. 3. Establish and manage relationships with appropriate organization leaders, including those in school districts and religious and community organizations. 4. Act as main point of contact for programs. 5. Effectively manage delivery costs to maintain Gross Margin targets on institutional contract. 6. Manage course staffing and training needs for institutional programs based on area demand and contract requirements. 7. Coordinate training for all institutionally-based instructors 8. Maintain school/district contract records and revenue recognition tracking. Handle all invoice requests and accounting functions for K12 contracts. 9. Deliver presentations for administrators, counselors, and parents within partner districts, schools and organizations. 10. Coordinate with retail operations staff as needed. 11. Additional duties as assigned.

*QUALIFICATIONS: * 1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. 1-3 years of operational, sales or marketing experience 3. Strong managerial and project management skills 4. Superior oral communication skills (public speaking experience a plus) 5. The ability to manage and balance a variety of responsibilities 6. A balance of interpersonal and organizational skills 7. Experience as a teacher a plus 8. Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the region
