Description

WyndhamVacation Rentals is seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Hilton Head. The job entails managing the day to dayoperations. Ensuring the day to day operations runs smoothly – answering phonecalls for a busy short term rental company, inputting/dispatching work orders,assisting Operations Managers with work order, billing,housekeeping/maintenance reports, and other projects as needed. Working closely with vendors, guests, andhomeowners to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening the Operations office –inputting/dispatching maintenance and housekeeping reports.

  • Answering phone calls in a busy office setting and assisting guests, homeowners, and vendors as needed.

  • Work closely with the Operations Team to assist them however needed – with projects, housekeeping billing reports, maintenance work order reports.

  • On Call MOD for 7 night duration on a rotational basis – handle any emergencies that arise after hours during that 7 night duration.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GEDrequired.Bachelor degree inBusiness/Hospitality or related field strongly preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and work ina fast paced environment

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experiencehospitality management industry/short term rental business strongly preferred.
