ASML Senior Director - NPI Operations in Hillsboro, Oregon

The ASML CS organization in Hillsboro is responsible for the maintenance of the ASML lithography and metrology equipment and applications at the customer site. The Senior Director is as site manager responsible for the operational performance of the site, integrates the operational activities on the site, and reports directly into the management team of the ASML WW customer support organization.
Lead local CS organization of 300 employees. reports to the head of the CS New Product Introduction and Node Transition (CS NPI&NTR;) segment
Ensures daily / weekly / monthly operational excellence to achieve the agreed service level agreements and beyond.
Establishes a long-term operational vision for the site, anticipation a continuous flow of new product introductions and changing business environment.

Drives organizational solution finding and implementation
Actively contribute to the global CS NPI&NTR; management team, by representing the local field operation and customer
Approves and executes the agreed Service Level Agreement with the customer
Establishes excellent (operational and tactical) relationship with the different customer groups.
Manages the CS Quality Control Cycle for all service related products and services
Understands (preferably) semiconductor fab and manufacturing processes, aligns plans to the customer road map and translates into CS planning and operational execution (resource & organization)
Develops value add strategies to build value recognition of ASML service products to customer
Actively participates in the customer global account team
Responsible for strategic escalation management for service related issues, as well as the integration of all the operational activities on the site
Manages internal and external stakeholders, balancing cost, quality, and commitments
Continuously drives efficiency and delivers on corporate financial expectations for the budget, including RFF planning.
- Position requires a Masters degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, or similar combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Leadership Management role
International experience preferred
