We are looking for a Manager – Staffing Strategy and Operations for our Technology Services sector in Herndon, VAThe qualified applicant will lead the Northrop Grumman Technology Services Staffing Strategy and Operations team. The

The qualified applicant will lead the Northrop Grumman Technology Services Staffing Strategy and Operations team. The

Staffing Manager will lead a team of non-exempt and exempt employees, and will be responsible for all projects assigned

to the organizational unit. In partnership with TA, HR and Business Leadership, candidate will develop and drive high

level staffing strategies that align with near and long term business objectives and manage day to day Talent Acquisition

operations. The duties listed below may be that of the manager or direct reports.

- ROI analysis, budgeting and strategy

- Redeployment and internal mobility

- Training development and delivery

- Events design, development and logistics e.g. All hands, Professional events, Diversity conferences, College events

- Process, policy and procedure improvement, development and implementation

- Oversee audits and compliance

- SharePoint administration and organization

- Communications:- Marketing and job boards, Employee referral branding and promotions, social media

- Job board selection and usage management

- Create and execute special recruiting programs and strategies, particularly around Diversity and Military

- Team Lead or representative for Staffing on Enterprise teams as needed

- Metrics and reporting design and maintenance

- New Hire Orientation and Onboarding

- Long Range Strategic Planning/Skills

- Point person for HQ Recruiting needs

- Lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators and oversee offer and pre-employment process for the sector

- Special projects as assigned or developed

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- 8 years in Human Resources

- Experience leading a team of 5 or more

- Understanding of the full life cycle Recruiting process

- Understanding of applicant tracking systems

- Must demonstrate ability to be process oriented and strategic thinker

- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

- Experience in developing, and designing operations in a Talent Acquisition organization

- 10 years in Talent Acquisition

- 4 years leading a Talent Acquisition team

- 2 - 5 years of experience leading a team

- Experience with return on investment analysis

- Experience with Taleo, SharePoint and/or Publisher

- Strong Social Media experience

- Experience with budgeting

- Management experience in the Recruiting field

- Experience in the defense field

- U.S. Security Clearance
