The Technology Services sector is seeking a Staffing Manager to oversees redeployments and staffing operations.The qualified applicant will lead the Northrop Grumman Technology Redeployment and Operations staffing team. The Staffing Manager will lead a team of non-exempt and exempt employees, and will be responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational unit. They will be primarily responsible for the redeployment of internal talent. They will also be responsible leading a team of sourcing recruiters to build effective sourcing, assessment, and pipeline development strategies which include researching candidate profiles, development of company target lists, and identification of specialty professional groups and associations.In partnership with TA, HR and Business Leadership, candidate will develop and drive high level staffing strategies that align with near and long term business objectives and manage day to day Talent Acquisition operations.The duties listed below may be that of the manager or direct reports.
Manage the redeployment of available internal talent to new career opportunities
Work directly with the staffing managers and the business on workforce planning and execution.
Track and maintain the internal redeployment metrics
Training development and delivery
·Coordinate with Resource Managers/Program Managers to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
Events design, development and logistics e.g. All hands, Professional events, Diversity conferences, College events
Process, policy and procedure improvement, development and implementation
Oversee audits and compliance
SharePoint administration and organization
Manage theEmployee referral branding and promotions, social media, Job board selection and usage management
Create and execute special recruiting programs and strategies, particularly around Diversity and Military
Metrics and reporting design and maintenance
New Hire Orientation and Onboarding
Long Range Strategic Planning/Skills
Special projects as assigned or developed

8 years in Human Resources
At least 2 years experience leading a team of 4 or more
Understanding of the full life cycle Recruiting process
Understanding of applicant tracking systems
Must be process oriented and strategic thinker
Experience with budgeting
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
Experience in developing, and designing operationsin a Human Resources organization
10 years in Human Resources
Experience in redeployment of staff
4 years leading a Human Resources team
5 years of leading a team
Experience with return on investment analysis
Experience with Taleo, SharePoint and/or Publisher
Strong Social Media experience
Management experience in the Recruiting field
Experience in the defense field
