Veritas Sales Operations Specialist in Heathrow, Florida

Maintains standard to slightly complex sales business operations programs. Communicates and coordinates sales information to and from operations, sales, marketing, development, finance and distributors. Helps to ensure that the needs of sales force and customers are being met. Handles issues between sales and operations on behalf of significant customers. Identifies potential sales business operations issues. Resolves routine problems and concerns. Prioritizes work. Receives general supervision and detailed instruction on new projects. Uses judgment and policies to reach solutions. Understands all company practices and interfaces with many management levels. Viewed as a technical resource internally.

Ensure high level customer satisfaction. Depending upon job function, may respond to inquiries on one or more of the following:

  • sales adjustments
  • reporting
  • pricing
  • licensing
  • product information
  • equipment procurement
  • appliance evaluation
  • any additional administrative sales requests relating to the team


Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives. Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgments or recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goals.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

2-4 years -- plus add additional experience requirements needed if you were to fill an open requisition, i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities.
