Job Description COM is a key member of the Client Integration Team focused on Operation and Product implementation, responsible for management of the day-to-day relationship of our partner Clients. Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring the operational health of assigned customers, implementing HSB's products and services; and coordination customers initiatives. Internally, they partner with expert tracks to ensure power workflow, tools, documentation and procedures are in place.

Qualifications Qualifications - Education:

Required:

Bachelor Degree

Desired:

MBA degree, CIC or CPCU

Qualifications - Work Experience:

Required:

Seven or more years experience in insurance; Working knowledge of insurance company and agency operations and business processing systems, workflow documentation, reporting, project coordination

Desired:

Insurance business acumen; consulting and operational; management and background

Personal Lines experience - Market, Organization, Product, Process

Familiar with HSB systems/processes

Qualifications - Technical Skills:

Required:

Strong PM skills; Proficient knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook

Desired:

Insurance financial acumen - financial statements, business processes

Microsoft Access or relational databases

Qualifications - Non-Technical Skills:

Required:

Self motivated & directed

Able to prioritize multiple tasks while keeping sight of "Big Picture";

Able to analyze business processes to identify problems or solutions

Strong oral/ written communication skills

Desired:

Solid organization and time management skills

Not afraid to "roll up sleeves" to uncover root causes and/or develop solutions
