Penn National Insurance Sr Banking Operations Reconciliation Technician in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Performs accounting, treasury, and cash management work relating to the designated operational area(s). This could include but is not limited to the transfer of funds, preparation of journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and internal and external report preparation. Job Requirements: Education/Credentials Associates degree in accounting, finance, other business administration related discipline, or equivalent experience required. Experience No previous accounting experience required. Minimum of 1 year experience preferred. Must use analytical and problem solving skills for daily activities Personal Computer experience in a Windows environment including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Ability to work in deadline driven/team environment. Ability to work with automated accounting systems. Must possess strong organizational skills.
