Image Support Operator
Makes corrections on imaged document scan lines and checks amounts, pulls rejected items from batches, and verifies cutoff reports to ensure accurate updating of subscriber records and maintains client turnaround time.
Follows departmental standards, if applicable.
Makes scan line corrections on a variety of documents. This consists of alpha numeric characters.
Keys check information on a variety of check images.
Keys addresses from images on various documents following USPS guidelines.
Keys other image states such as email address, offers and other document specifics, as needed.
Prints reject reports, locates batches, and pulls rejected items from batch. (Boone employees do not perform this function.)
Verifies each batch on the cutoff report to make sure it balances with batch header ticket. (Boone employees do not perform this function.)
Ensures all checks are delivered to depositing. (Boone employees do not perform this function.)Ensures all rejected transactions are sent to the proper site or batched for Data Entry. (Boone employees do not perform this function.)

High-school Diploma or GED preferred.
Average knowledge of PC.
Typing skills – minimum 35 WPM
10-key experience preferred.
Ability to analyze, compare and evaluate data.
Basic verbal and written communication skills.Ability to problem solve.
Good attention to detail.
Average organizational skills.
Ability to make independent and group decisions.
Benefited and non-benefited positions available - 20-40 hrs a week.
Hiring date of Monday, August 7 or Monday. August 21
Required: Every other weekend rotation - Saturday or Sunday (flexible hours) after training completed.
Monday, August 7 = 2 weeks of training Aug. 7 - Aug.11 & Aug 14 - Aug.18. Training hours will be Monday-Wednesday 5pm-9pm; Thursday, 5pm-10pm; and Friday 5pm-8pm. Set work schedule will begin after training.
Monday, August 21 - Friday, Augst 25. Training hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Set work schedule will begin after training.
Wage is $10.50 per hours. Shift differential is based on certain worked hours.
