Charter Communications/Spectrum Field Operations Engineer III in Greenwood Village, Colorado

JOB SUMMARYResponsible for evaluating customer premises and HFC networksagainst Charter technical quality assurance standards and specifications(residential and commercial) which includes requirements for telemetrytools and maintaning applications for HFC Plant. Support CPN Homecertification and End of Line minimum requirements, act as tool productowner for internally developed tools as well as third party applications usedto monitor outside plan performance and ensure predictive tools are understoodand that preventative maintenance and signal leakage programs are in place.Keep abreast of current written industry standards, Charter standards andcontribute to ensure appropriate documentation is maintained and available forthe enterprise. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistentlysupport all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceDevelop andevaluate customer premise (residential and commercial) technicalspecifications and standards for implementationDevelop and evaluateinstaller/technician workforce management processes and proceduresEvaluateField Operations test equipment and materials for approvalDevelop, implementand monitor application requirements and configuration to optimize telemetrymonitoring tools as well as workforce management processes and procedures.Writes detailed application and use case requirements.
