JOB SUMMARY Under general direction, supervise colleagues supporting front line sales in the compilation and verification of documentation necessary to evaluate and decision residential loans, including conventional, portfolio and secondary market, construction, VA, State VA, Rural Development and FHA. Stay current of changes in investor, regulatory and internal guidelines to ensure compliance and loan eligibility. Responsible for staffing efficiency and quality control processes to reduce file/critical exceptions. Required Experience: 2-4 years Supervisory experience. Preferred Experience: 4-7 years Experience in a financial environment that includes experience with real estate loans. Knowledge of residential loan documents, loan servicing policies and practices, as well as laws and regulations applicable to loan programs, closings and real estate transfers.
