JOB SUMMARY: To provide team building and leadership to drive profitability, goalsand objectives. Support and oversee all phases of production and customerservice through information, communication, teamwork and training &development of new team members. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Provide one on one leadership and training for all production andcustomer service TSMs while also stressing the importance of CareerDevelopment. This includes but is not limited to regularly scheduled meetingsand coaching sessions with TSMs, and regular interaction with the team,customers and vendors. * Assist Managers and Supervisors in retention, recruiting and trainingof all production and customer service TSMs. Perform all recruiting functionsfor management positions. * Oversee administration and implementation of all marketing programs. * Manage the profitability of the company. Oversee specific profitmargins and ensure cohesion and consistency with corporate objectives. Thisincludes asset and P&L management and budget planning. * Manage and resolve TSM issues and concerns in a professional anddiplomatic manner, supporting these issues with appropriate documentationand requesting the assistance of Human Resources when necessary. Regularlycoach and counsel Managers, Supervisors and TSMs toward attainingperformance and career goals. * Ensure maintenance of milling center and quality in accordance withprescribed standards and policies of the system, government and otheraccreditation agencies. * Implement, maintain, support and promote process and/or qualityimprovements to the manufacturing, operations, production, and servicefunctions to ensure the goal of efficiency and excellence. * Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required. * The above statements are intended to describe the general nature andlevel of work being performed by people assigned to do this job. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: This position will be working in an office environment, utilizingtypical office equipment.
