Job Responsibilities:

  • The role involves being the process owner for multiple processes in the Commercial Cards business. The incumbent will be the key contact point and will support the Product, Sales, Implementations and Client Operations teams directly

  • Lead the Program Management Office for Commercial Cards Asia by ensuring various Projects and Strategic initiatives are delivered per schedule and pristine quality

  • Governance and Management of Projects team at outsourced service provider for Post implementation projects

  • Governance and Management of BAU functions for Client data feed processes at outsourced service provider

  • Governance and Management of L1 Helpdesk functions for Commercial cards systems (Citi Manager, Citi Client Reporting Systems, Global Data Repository, ECS+) at outsourced service provider

  • Governance and Management of UAT team for downstream systems in Commercial Cards

  • End to End Process Ownership of Tech Change Management process for the business

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within Citi for delivery of critical and strategic assignments

  • Represent Asia and get things done for Asia on Global forum for technology

  • Responsible for delivery of functionality end to end - BRD-> FS-> UAT ->Production testing -> Post Production

  • Responsible for pristine system releases implementations throughout the year

  • Responsible for managing costs for outsourced service provider team

  • Appropriate and regular reporting to Senior Stakeholders of all projects

  • Maintain a Vendor Governance methodology for the region subscribing to latest TOMS and Citi Enterprise Supplier policies

  • Serve as the key liaison to external vendors for new feature developments

  • Ensure Annual Due Diligence activities are planned and performed per country requirements

  • Facilitate and where necessary chair vendor meetings and follow up for action plan fulfillment

  • Produce value-added reports to support the overall management of vendor relationships so that there is timely

  • identification of production issues and proper escalation of the issues to corresponding parties

  • Ensure Information Security requirements and Continuity Of Business (COB) are taken into full consideration and covered by vendors

  • Develop plan in conjunction with Client Delivery for managing the implementation of client programs and the interfaces with vendors (including Visa/MasterCard)

  • Managing and mitigating process risks

  • Defining, monitoring and maintaining Key Performance and Risk Indicators

  • Managing an offshore team at a third party vendor

Qualifications

Job Skills/Qualification:

  • Cards product and system knowledge will be an advantage

  • Knowledge of project methodology and best practices

  • Operations/Project Management experience

  • Analytical, highly numerate, detailed oriented and methodical

  • Skilled with MS Office, particularly MS Excel

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate at all levels

  • Ability to work across functions and across geographical boundaries

  • Self-motivated and demonstrates high level of initiative
