Lockheed Martin Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior in Fort Worth, Texas
As a member of the F-35 Strategy Management team the candidate will participate in updating the 3-5 year F-35 Line of Business (LoB) strategic plan and associated “point of arrival”(PoA) measures on a regular tempo taking into consideration the latest Corporate and Company strategies and key Customer Requirements. The candidate will facilitate discussions with business area subject matter experts and leaders to develop key measures, targets and strategies aligned to the LoB strategic plan. Support regular cadenced review/update of the strategy and manage associated actions.
The candidate will be assigned elements of the strategy and be responsible to ensure: - Critical performance measures are identified for each program commitment. - Organizational strategies and applicable Program stakeholder organization are identified to fulfill the commitment. - Critical measures are translated appropriately for each stakeholder organizational strategy and tactical activities are identified in support of the organizational strategies. - Support business area leader by facilitating regular review tempo of the current year plan execution. - Support the development of a communication plan to articulate the key elements of the LoB Strategy. - Develop deep understanding and expertise on the strategy deployment process and facilitate learning throughout the organization. - Ensure identified issues/opportunities are appropriately reviewed for alignment to key performance measures and benefit realization and are incorporated into the LoB Strategic Plan. In this position you will use your ability to develop enduring relationships using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to influence and build effective relationships with various business partners (e.g., peers, functional partners, executive leaders, Government customers, external vendors, and alliance partners).
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in technical field or business related degree. Experience working across organizational boundaries. Project management experience. Experience with strategy and deployment methods.
