Lockheed Martin Project Management and Planning Operations Representative in Fort Worth, Texas

This position will support the F-35 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Operations Development team as an F-35 SCM Integrator. Will work closely with F-35 Procurement, F-35 Development Program Office, F-35 Development Supply Office and F-35 Prime Proposal team to manage Development proposal activity and subcontract execution. Will be required to develop and utilize metric tools to track and report progress to all levels of leadership.

Must be a US citizen. This position will require a security clearance.

Basic Qualifications - Experience in Supply Chain (Cost Estimator or Buyer or Material Estimator) - Demonstrated project management experience - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Desired skills - Coordination / integration experience - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-domain team - Supply Chain Management experience - Ability to articulate complex matters in concise oral and written presentations in a fast-paced proposal environment. - Understanding of Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). - Understanding of Earned Value Management principles. - F-35 Program experience - Strategic perspective - Ability to interpret and clarify subcontract requirements - Ability to write subcontractor Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for complex production and global sustainment tasks. - Ability to interface with business management, estimating, other functional organizations, and the customer (Joint Program Office and DCAA) on supplier proposal activities. - Familiarity with F-35 EVMS Reporting requirements and tempos. - Control Account Manager (CAM) experience. - Familiarity with procurement tools (i.e. SAP)
