CRST Specialized Transportation is seeking an *Operations Administrator *to be located in our Fort Wayne, IN office
*Job Summary: *The role of the Operations Administrator is expected to exemplify the utmost professionalism and confidentiality for the Home Express business. The Administrator performs administrative duties for the Home Express operations team and enhances their effectiveness by providing support in many areas
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer and delivery partner contract administration including but not limited to confirming contract requirements, loading pricing, and filing.
- Responsible for certificate of Insurance compliance of delivery partners, as well as other documentation requirements.
- Responsible for systems administration and will need to work closely with IT department to resolve systems issues.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Some previous experience in a related field preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills needed
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written
