Job Summary: Assign funding packages to Funding Coordinators according to matrix. Process vendor and broker check requests. Prepare & forward documentation packages for Direct Marketing and ASAP groups. Process “Add Info” emails as required. Complete vendor validation requests. Assist with customer & broker inquiries via the telephone and/or email. Process incoming mail and outgoing mail. Research and resolves unidentified documents. All other duties as assigned

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Document receipt and process all new documentation packages and distribute. Update database(s) and spreadsheet(s) as necessary.

  2. Process requests for payment accurately and forward to Accounting within the determined service level. 3. Copy and track all checks & prepay slips to accounting. 4. Review and process all vendor validation requests within the determined service level while maintaining the Do Not Fund list and updating the appropriate database(s). 5. Reviews, processes and distributes incoming emails to “Add Info” email address as required. 6. Complete pre-documentation calls as required.

  3. Prepare & forward document packages as requested by Direct Marketing and ASAP areas.

  4. Quote tax rate(s) and tax treatment(s) to brokers on non-titled equipment as needed.

  5. Process decline letters for Direct Marketing as needed.

  6. Research and resolve unidentified documents and forward to the appropriate person.

  7. Issue resale certificates as necessary.

  8. Process and disperse incoming and outgoing department mail throughout the day.

  9. Create, prepare and update reports and other information as required.

Licenses/Certification: None Required.

Other Training, Skills and Experience Requirements: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.


Work involves extended periods of sitting, some repetitive motion, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Requires close visual acuity and the ability to conduct business over the phone for extended periods of time.

Normal office environment.

Occasional travel.

No relocation offered.
