Manager-Pharmacy Operations - Ephrata Community Hospital - Full Time
Under the general supervision of the Director-Pharmaceutical Care, manages the daily operations of the pharmacy department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures delivery of quality pharmacy services for all patients.
Ensures that the pharmacy is stocked with essential drugs and pharmaceuticals, and supervises all related purchasing and receiving duties.
Develops and maintains departmental technology.
Coordinates regular inspections of all medication centers.
Serves as RASMAS Pharmacy Coordinator for product recall system.
Develops the pharmacy budget and monitors the financial performance.

Pharmacy Bachelor's Degree, PharmD
Current license to practice Pharmacy in the Commonwealth of PA
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must effectively communicate with all levels of customers (physicians, staff, patients, etc.).
5 Years or more experience in retail or hospital pharmacy setting
Previous supervisory/management experience
