Work with Product and Marketing teams to manage product dashboards
Provide product support and analysis for key development initiatives
Analyze, manage and distribute/filter all product performance data/dashboards/ metrics for the Product Team
Monitors product adoption vs. business case goals
Presents results to relevant Product Team members
Coordinates reporting of results with Product Governance & Planning Director
3-5 years experience in financial services
Retirement plan and/or investment product knowledge
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Major Responsibilities :
Perform detailed product and business analysis
Responsible for managing dashboards and metrics to monitor product adoption through measurement reporting and analysis
Present product dashboards to relevant team members
Product Strategy and Planning:
Supports the documentation of the product offer
Product Rollout and Adoption:
Provides input on product adoption goals, metrics and goals
Product Lifecycle Management:
Updates product catalog to reflect enhancements & policy changes
Reviews and updates product literature and materials as required; maintains product information in RFP responses and 3 rd party databases; periodically audits existing material; identifies need for additional feedback and leads effort to gather input
Interfaces with key business partners as required
Product Performance Management:
Gathers and analyzes product performance data; incorporates customer input and market trends
Develops dashboards to monitor product adoption vs. business case goals
