The Food and Beverage Director owns the grocery experience, including understanding, communicating, training and ensuring compliance with food-handling and safety regulations. You’ll act as a food and beverage liaison between headquarters and local store teams. Teams in multiple districts will rely on you for support and guidance on grocery merchandising, and you’ll oversee compliance with food regulations. And you’ll get to apply your vision to develop and implement the right localization strategies to drive grocery and perishable sales results.

·4 year degree or equivalent experience
·Supervisor level experience
·8+ years of relevant work experience preferred
·Leadership skills, team-oriented thinking and ability to influence key business partners
·Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills
·Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
·Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
·Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships
