The Director-Marketing Operations is both a strategic and tactical role responsible for marketing technology/infrastructure selection, implementation, governance and roadmap development; oversight of marketing databases and data platforms-as-a-service; marketing data acquisition, enhancement and ongoing management; development and execution of reporting, analytics and analytical models used to assess marketing contribution to sales/revenue and enhance decision making across the marketing function; development and implementation of processes that strengthen alignment between marketing and sales; oversight of integrated marketing planning and budget management. This individual will help transform marketing into a strategic contributor to the business by maintaining a knowledge of modern marketing best practices and trends guiding and reinforcing delivery of key strategic initiatives, demonstrating marketing's contribution to ROI, optimizing the use of technology to improve marketing and sales productivity, and enhancing collaboration across key organizational interlocks including field marketing, content marketing, sales, sales operations, finance, and IT. This position can reside in one of the following OneNeck office locations; Colorado, Arizona, Wisconsin, Iowa or Minnesota. Visit Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an infrastructure roadmap and strategy that ensures a best-in-class "martech stack" that supports and aligns with the company's evolving sales and marketing strategy. This strategy will include ownership of the marketing technology infrastructure, implementation, project management, and governance. Marketing database ownership/management including alignment with relevant CRM data initiatives that will identify and close gaps in marketing and relevant sales data. This includes a comprehensive contact acquisition strategy and practices to ensure data quality and the health of the marketing database. Define, develop and deliver marketing measurement approach and construct key marketing reporting mechanisms (i.e. dashboards and reports) used to measure marketing contribution to pipeline, forecast marketing-driven revenue, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity. Marketing process leadership, working in conjunction with impacted marketing and sales functions. Oversight of integrated marketing planning and budgeting process, including identification, selection, implementation and governance of budget management platforms/tools. Collaborate with and support regional/field marketing team in their efforts to build campaigns and generate new leads. Liase with other functions to extend the reach of marketing automation impact (e.g. pipeline acceleration, lead nurturing, etc.) Establish standard processes and tools for teleservices as part of the integrated lead management process; may oversee the
