Position Overview and Expectation The Low T Center District Operations Manager is a key player helping Low T achieve its quality of care and efficiency goals. The successful candidate has the wonderful opportunity to serve as both an internal consultant and a line manager; gaining valuable experience in both disciplines. The District operations manager simultaneously performs three primary jobs; data analytics, process improvement, and operational supervision/intervention. The expectation is to manage the growth of the market by daily repeating three steps, first always ensure data is present, second analyze the data, and third drive change or confirm compliance. The District Operations Manager reports into the Director of Operations and has a dotted line to I/T.

  • Daily Operations Management

  • Ensure data is present (human’s forget to enter data – gaps must be closed timely)

  • Analyze data daily (identify exceptions)

  • Take action daily - Intervene – reach out to clinics. Get exceptions solved.

  • Weekly Continuous Improvement

  • Review daily exceptions by frequency and severity

  • Devise improvement in training, process, tools or identify performance management issues * Performance Management

  • Review clinic and team member performance with Centers

  • Assist clinics in conducting effective performance management where applicable

  • Monthly Continuous improvement

  • Broader data analytics effort, looking for exceptions impacting cost or revenue

  • Work with I/T and Ops teams on technology or process changes

  • Other

  • Interviewing and hiring employees competent to achieve success within the Low T Center model.

  • Reviewing and resolving patient communications.

  • Ensures adherence to training of staff in the performance of their duties.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Degree required.

  • SQL programming basic/above and committed to learning more SQL and cloud reporting software tools.

  • Ability to organize and lead projects, meet deadlines and problem resolution.

  • Good interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Must be passionate about service, disciplined to drive process and committed to learning new technologiesRequired education:
